§ 154.093 SCOPE.

The borough’s Historic District ordinance regulates and restricts within the Historic District or districts the erection, reconstruction, alteration, restoration, demolition, or razing of any building or structure, in whole or in part, and prescribes certain procedures relating to the issuance of permits for properties within said district or districts.
