The Bedford Historic District Map, together with all explanatory matter thereon, is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be part of this subchapter. Said map shall be identified by the signature of the President of Council, shall be attested by the Borough Secretary, and shall bear the seal of the borough under the following words: “This is to certify that this is the Official Historic District Map referred to in § 100 of Ordinance No. 1-85 of the Borough of Bedford.” Said map shall contain also the date if the adoption of the ordinance along with the dates and numbers of all ordinances amending it.
