§ 32.033 PAYMENT FOR PRIOR SERVICE.
   Payment for the prior service noted in § 32.032 shall be made by the borough in accordance with § 14 of the Municipal Employees Retirement Act of 1943, Pub. Law 886, as amended, and may be spread over a period of 30 years if the borough so chooses and with the consent of the Municipal Employees Retirement Board.
