§ 154.031 FP FLOOD-PRONE DISTRICT.

   In the FP Flood-Prone District, the following regulations shall apply.

   (A)   Uses permitted.

      (1)   The tilling of the soil, raising of crops, fruits, vegetables, and nurseries;

      (2)   Storage of any equipment or materials, except junk or refuse that can be easily removed in case of flood;

      (3)   Public and private parks, playgrounds, recreation areas, golf courses, and driving ranges; and

      (4)   Accessory buildings and uses customarily incidental to above uses except dwellings.

   (B)   Height, regulations. The height of a building shall be no greater than 35 feet.

   (C)   Area regulations. The lot area shall be not less than one acre.

   (D)   Width regulations. The lot width at the building line shall be not less than 150 feet.

   (E)   Yard regulations. Each lot shall have front, side, and rear yards of not less than the depth or width indicated below:

      (1)   Front yard depth: 50 feet;

      (2)   Side yards, two - width: 50 feet each; and

      (3)   Rear yard depth: 50 feet.

   (F)   Coverage regulations.

      (1)   The coverage shall be no more than 10%.

      (2)   At least 50% the lot shall be covered by vegetative material.

   (G)   Off-street parking. Parking shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of § 154.045.
