§ 32.003 TRUSTEES.
   The chief administrative officer, with the advice and consent of the Council of the borough, is hereby authorized to appoint a trustee or trustees (hereinafter called “trustee”) and to enter into a trust agreement with said trustee upon such term or terms as the Council of the borough shall establish, to invest and re-invest the Fund and make payments out of the Fund in accordance with the provisions of the Plan and trust agreement.
