(A) All signs not expressly permitted under this subchapter or exempt from regulation hereunder in accordance with the previous section are prohibited in the borough.
(B) Such signs include, but are not limited to:
(1) Beacons;
(2) Animated signs;
(3) Strings of lights not permanently mounted to a rigid background, except those exempted under the previous section;
(4) Inflatable signs and tethered balloons; and
(5) Window signs that obstruct any portion of the window opening or door opening, except signs made of paper, cardboard, or vinyl letter/appliques that are affixed to the interior surface of the window glass or signs painted directly on windows.
