(A) The Public Works Superintendent and Wastewater Treatment Plant Superintendent position(s) are exempt position(s). Salaries to be determined by Council with annual year-end evaluations to be completed.
(B) (1) All non-union, full-time employees will receive the following sick leave allowance.

Over one year | 10 days per year |
(2) He or she will be paid for any unused days during the last pay of the calendar year (at his or her currently hourly rate within that calendar year).
(C) Vacation time off shall be paid to non-union, full-time employee(s) on the following basis.
