Fees assessable for the administration and enforcement undertaken pursuant to this subchapter and the Code shall be established by ordinance, if required by law, and/or resolution by the various participating municipalities in the county for the joint administration and enforcement of this Act through an intermunicipal agreement, including this municipality, and amended from time to time thereafter, as needed by subsequent ordinance or resolution.
