The Rules and Regulations, which are in accordance with powers granted by the civil service section of the Borough Code, §§ 1171 to 1195, enacted by the General Assembly of the state and in accordance with the authority granted by the municipal governing body of borough, are hereby adopted by the borough’s Civil Service Commission.
