(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any person convicted of violating §§ 130.04 or 130.05 shall be sentenced to a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $600 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Any person under the age of 18 years who fails or refuses to pay such fine and costs shall be subject to further proceedings under the Juvenile Act, 42 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 6301 et seq.
(2) The penalties herein provided shall be in addition to any action filed pursuant to the Juvenile Act, 42 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 6301 et seq., before the Juvenile Court for the treatment, supervision, and rehabilitation of such minor.
