(A) The municipality shall advertise the availability of a request for proposal for a professional services contract to potential participants or candidates in a timely and efficient manner.
(B) An advertisement of such will include the following:
(1) The services that are the subject of the proposed contract;
(2) Specifications relating to the services;
(3) Procedures to compete for the contract; and
(4) Required disclosures and additional information desired.
