(A) Pursuant to 8 Pa.C.S. § 3301.5, the codification of all ordinances of a permanent and general nature for the Borough of Bedford, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as revised, codified, rearranged, renumbered, and consolidated into component codes, titles, chapters, and sections, are approved, adopted, ordained, and enacted as a single ordinance of the borough and shall be known and designated as the Borough of Bedford Code, for which designation “code of ordinances,” “codified ordinances,” or “code” may be substituted.
(B) Code title, chapter, and section headings do not constitute any part of the law as contained in the code.
