§ 112.07 PERMIT DURATION.
Permits may be issued on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis. The permittee, however, shall specifically reserve dates of operation within the time period of the permit. Obtaining a permit does not guarantee the right to conduct temporary food sales on a specific date within the permit period until such date is approved by the borough office. No more than three temporary food sales operations shall be conducted in the borough on any one date. Borough Council may waive this limitation in the event of special events. The permittee shall operate on the reserved dates. Failure to conduct temporary food sales on a reserved date without just cause may result in a suspension or revocation of the permit.
