The following regulations shall apply to all temporary food sales.
(A) Temporary food sales shall only be conducted from private property situated in the C-1, C-2, or CMR zoning districts.
(B) Temporary food sales shall only be permitted on Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 12:00 noon to 10:00 p.m.
(C) The permittee shall provide access to restroom facilities situated on the same property as the temporary food sales which shall be open to customers at all times that food or beverages are being sold.
(D) The permittee shall provide adequate trash or garbage receptacles on the same property as the temporary food sales.
(E) The permittee shall comply with all federal, state laws and regulations and all borough ordinances, including, but not limited to, sign, noise, and health and safety ordinances.
(F) The permit shall be publicly displayed at the temporary food sales site at all times.
