§ 112.02 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   TEMPORARY FOOD SALES. Engaging in the cooking, preparation, sale, or distribution of ready-to-eat food or beverage, for individual portion service, to the general public directly from a food truck, trailer, push cart, tent, booth, or other temporary facility.
