(A) The provisions of this subchapter shall apply to all persons engaged in the business of cooking, preparing, or distributing food or beverage on private property in the borough on a temporary basis.
(B) Temporary food sales shall not be permitted on public streets, parks, or other borough property unless part of an event authorized by Borough Council or without the express permission of Borough Council.
