(A) The permittee(s) may erect four free standing signs indicating the location of the yard sale and directions to the site of the sale. The proposed location for erection of these signs must be listed on the “yard sale permit.”
(B) No signs shall be posted on utility poles or trees located within the right-of-way of any street. No signs shall be posted on private property without the consent and approval of the owner.
(C) The permittee(s) shall remove all signs within 24 hours within the termination of the yard sale.
