(A) Before a yard sale shall be conducted within the borough, the owner or occupant of the lot or parcel upon which said sale shall be held shall obtain a permit from the Borough Secretary.
(B) In addition to any other information which may be required by the Borough Secretary, the permit shall contain the name(s) of the owner(s) or occupant(s) of the lot or parcel upon which the sale is to be held as well as the name(s) of all persons contributing merchandise to the sale and the beginning and termination dates of the sale.
