§ 30.021 AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES.

   Individuals holding the following positions with the borough are hereby authorized to be signatories on borough checks and other financial documents:

   (A)   Borough Council President;

   (B)   Borough Council Vice President;

   (C)   Borough Council President pro tempore;

   (D)   Borough Treasurer;

   (E)   Borough Assistant Treasurer; and

   (F)   Borough Assistant Secretary.
