§ 30.020 COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS.
   (A)   The Council of the borough endorses the creation of a Council of Governments by the municipalities located within the county.
   (B)   The Council of the borough authorizes the borough to join this Council of Governments for the purpose of administering and enforcing building codes and such other purposes as the Council of the borough shall hereafter authorize.
