For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
EQUIPMENT. Any devices or combination of devices to accomplish a desired end, such as chainsaw, bulldozer, and the like.
OWNER. Any person who, alone or jointly or severally with other persons, has legal title to any premises, vehicle, or other equipment. This includes any person who has charge, care, or control over any premises, vehicle, or piece of equipment.
PERSON. Any person, firm, partnership, association, or corporation.
