§ 72.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person who violates any provision of § 72.01 shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $5 and costs.

(C) Any person who violates any provision of § 72.02, or any condition of any permit granted under § 72.02, shall be guilty of a summary offense and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.

(D) Any person who violates any provision of § 72.03 shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $5 and costs.
