§ 70.35 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SNOW. Any precipitation depositing any accumulation on the street, including snow, sleet, hail, ice, and freezing rain.
   STREET. Any street, highway, avenue, drive, lane, road, or way in the borough used by a vehicle.
   VEHICLE. Any self-propelled motorized vehicle licensed to travel upon the streets in the borough.
   WINTER WEATHER EMERGENCY. State of street conditions that are hazardous and dangerous to vehicular and pedestrian traffic, as so declared by the Borough Manager or such person designated by the Borough Manager.
