§ 70.20 OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES RESTRICTED ON PUBLIC LANDS.

No motor vehicle, including a motorcycle, pedalcycle, or minibike, shall be operated on any property owned by the borough or any other public agency or instrumentality within the borough without the permission of the property owner and a permit from the Chief of Police of the borough.
