5-204: PENALTY:

A violation of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as provided in section 1-108 of this code. Any person who violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished as provided in section 1-108 of this code. (1998 Code)
