10-602: CONVEYING INSTRUMENTS TO ASSIST ESCAPE:

No person shall convey into the town jail any disguised instrument or anything proper or useful to facilitate the escape of any prisoner lawfully committed to or detained in the town jail for any violation of the town ordinances, for any criminal offense, or lawfully detained or imprisoned therein, whether such escape is effected or attempted or not. (1998 Code)
