8-305: PENALTY:

Any person who shall tear down or begin the tearing down of any house or building within the town limits of the town without having first procured a permit therefor as herein provided shall be guilty of an offense against the town and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided in section 1-108 of this code. (1998 Code)
