(A) Pursuant to the provisions of R.C. § 731.231, the Ohio Basic Building Code and Related Codes are hereby adopted by reference and made a part hereof as if set out in full herein, and shall be applicable within the corporate limits of the city.

(B) Pursuant to the provisions of R.C. § 731.231, the Greene County, Ohio Building Code as amended is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this code as if set out in full herein, and shall be applicable within the corporate limits of the city.

(C) Complete copies of the codes adopted above in this section shall be on file with the Clerk of Council for inspection by the public and shall also be on file in the Law Library of Greene County, Ohio and the Clerk of Council shall have copies available for distribution to the public at cost.
