SECTION 9.01. CREATION OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS.

The City shall have a Planning Commission; a Board of Zoning Appeals; a Parks, Recreation, and Culture Board; a Personnel Board; and such other boards and commissions as may be created by ordinance. The Council shall have the authority to create temporary Boards or Committees by resolution.
