(A) The city’s current personnel rules and regulations, entitled “City of Beavercreek Employee Manual” is hereby adopted by reference and made a part hereof as if set out in full herein.
(B) Complete copies of the rules and regulations adopted above in this section shall be on file with the Clerk of Council for inspection by the public and shall also be on file in the Law Library of Greene County, Ohio and the Clerk of Council shall have copies available for distribution to the public at cost.
