1-13-1: PURPOSE OF PROVISIONS:
   A.   To establish the Beaver County policy regarding the disposal of surplus property.
   B.   All county property that is no longer needed will be disposed of in a manner that will maximize the return or benefit to the citizens of Beaver County. (Ord. 2020-07, 6-2-2020)
