The purpose of this chapter is to permit development of facilities for travel trailers in appropriate districts and to require that travel trailer accommodations be of such character as to promote the objectives and purposes of this title, to protect the integrity and characteristics of the districts contiguous to those in which travel trailer parks are located, and to protect other use values contiguous to or near travel trailer park uses.
