9-1-15: PENALTY:
Violation of any of the provisions of this title shall, upon conviction, be punishable as a class C misdemeanor, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day of knowing violation of any provision of this title shall be a separate offense. (2004 Code § 10.02.120; amd. 2015 Code)
