7-4-3: PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:
It shall be unlawful for any person to: a) damage, deface or destroy any portion of the county fairgrounds; b) deposit litter, debris or refuse on any portion of the county fairgrounds, except in designated trash depositories; or c) to leave feces, urine, spit or vomit on any portion of the county fairgrounds without disposing of the same in designated restroom facilities. (2004 Code § 3-703)
