7-3-6: PENALTY:

Any violation of this chapter shall be a class B misdemeanor, except the failure to pay entry fees and charges shall be an infraction. Violations of this chapter are subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 2016-10, 7-18-2016)
