(A) An employee separated in good standing for any reason will be paid for any unused personal leave time that has accrued, that is not being transferred to another employer. Accrued sick leave will not be paid.
(B) An employee who retires in good standing will receive credit for unused accrued sick leave toward retirement benefits (according to retirement system regulations), but will receive no payment for this accrued unused sick leave.
(C) All eligible separated employees will be paid any overtime due to them.
