(A) Regular employees who are active members of the National Guard or reserve components of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard are entitled to a military leave with pay for training or other service up to 15 working days in each fiscal year.
(B) Leaves of absence without pay for regular employees who are active members of the National Guard or reserve components of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard may be granted for absences in excess of 15 working days. For extended periods of service, leave will be granted in accordance with applicable state or federal law.
