§ 32.077  FIRST OFFENSE SUSPENSION, DISMISSAL, OR DEMOTION.
   (A)   First offense disciplinary action may result from the determination that an employee has taken an action that is detrimental to the county and is of the magnitude that such disciplinary action is appropriate in order to avoid undue disruption of work, to protect the safety of persons or property, or for other serious reasons.
   (B)   All employees who have successfully completed a probationary period and are dismissed on a first offense will be offered the opportunity to appeal in accordance with the appeal procedure in § 32.080(B).
