§ 32.076  TYPES OF ACTIONS REQUIRING DISCIPLINE.
   The county has established two types of employee actions which require discipline:
   (A)   Employee actions subject to first offense suspension, dismissal, or demotion; or
   (B)   Employee actions subject to progressive discipline.
