§ 32.058  OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT.
   (A)   Employment with the county is to be considered the primary work effort of each employee.
   (B)   Outside employment may be allowed under the following circumstances:
      (1)   Employees will not be employed by any agencies or firms with whom the county has business dealings or review authority;
      (2)   The proposed outside employment will not interfere, in any way, with the performance of the employee’s duties; and/or
      (3)   The proposed work schedule and outside employment are approved in advance by the department head.
