§ 32.035  RECRUITMENT.
   (A)   Vacant positions will be reviewed by the applicable department head and the County Manager to determine whether they should be filled. Applicants will be recruited for vacant positions that are to be filled by any means necessary to reach an adequate labor market and may include:
      (1)   Advertisements in newspapers;
      (2)   Posting in the courthouse and work sites;
      (3)   Mailed notices to local employment agencies and governmental sources for referral or applicants;
      (4)   Employee referrals; and
      (5)   Employment Security Commission.
   (B)   Announcements of vacant positions will include the job title, beginning salary, minimum qualifications, and application instructions.
