§ 154.07  ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER.
   The primary responsibility for administering and enforcing this chapter is assigned to the County Planner. The County Planner may be provided with assistance of such persons as directed by the County Manager. Appeal from decisions of the County Planner shall be made to the Board of County Commissioners.
