§ 153.30 PLAT SHALL BE REQUIRED ON ANY SUBDIVISION.

Pursuant to G.S. § 153A-330, a final plat shall be prepared, approved, and recorded pursuant to the provisions of this chapter whenever any subdivision of land takes place in the county.
