(A) Statutes of limitations are suspended during the time that any assessment is held in abeyance without interest.
(B) The landowner may be required to sign an acknowledgment (that may be incorporated into the conservation agreement) of the abeyance of the statute of limitations upon collecting water and sewer assessments, or other utility assessments.
