§ 151.075  NO CONNECTION REQUIRED.
   (A)   A landowner belonging to the district shall not be required to connect to the county or municipal water and/or sewer systems.
   (B)   This section shall not apply to utilities that are not owned by the county unless the county has entered into an agreement with the entity(ies) owning the utilities and that agreement provides that this chapter shall apply.
