§ 151.010  LEGAL PROVISIONS; AMENDMENTS.
   After notification and in consultation with the Agricultural District Advisory Board, this chapter may be amended from time to time by the County Board of Commissioners, subject to a public hearing, notice given 30 days prior, and in consultation with the Agricultural Advisory Board.
