§ 151.004 DEFINITIONS.

For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

ADVISORY BOARD. Beaufort County Agricultural Advisory Board.

BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS. Beaufort County Board of Commissioners.

CHAIRPERSON. Chairperson of the Beaufort County Agricultural Advisory Board.

CHAPTER. Beaufort County Voluntary Agricultural District Ordinance.

DISTRICT. Voluntary Agricultural District as established by this chapter.
