(A) Every manufactured home park owner or operator shall maintain an accurate register containing a record of all occupants and owners of manufactured homes in the park. The register shall be available for inspection at all times by authorized county representatives.
(B) The register shall contain the following information and shall be retained by the manufactured home park owner or operator for a period of one year from the time occupancy ceases:
(1) Name of owner or occupant;
(2) Mobile home space number;
(3) Make, model, and registration number of mobile homes; and
(4) Date when occupancy within the mobile home park begins and date when occupancy within the park ceases.
