§ 31.07 SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS.

(A) The Planning Board shall review, from time to time, the need for regulations for the control of land subdivision in the area and submit to the Board of County Commissioners its recommendations, if any, for adoption or revision of said regulations.

(B) In accordance with such regulations, the Planning Board shall review and make recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners concerning all proposed plats of land subdivision.
