§ 150.002  JURISDICTION.
   The regulations set forth in this chapter shall not be applicable within the incorporated areas of the county nor within any legally described extraterritorial planning jurisdiction. Incorporated areas may request the county to enforce this chapter within its jurisdiction by resolution.
